Intro

Cosmobet is a Curaçao licensed casino and sportsbook that launched in 2023 and takes UK players with no GamStop connection, putting it alongside the other top casinos not on GamStop I cover.

I read every policy page it publishes and counted the lobby myself.

Quick Overview
Cosmobet runs on a Curaçao licence held by Santeda International B.V., takes UK players, and is not connected to GamStop. Its welcome package spans four deposits at 100% up to £500 each, so up to 400% and 1,000 free spins in total. Wagering is 30x on deposit plus bonus inside seven days, max bet is 5 while it runs, and bonus winnings are capped at ten times your qualifying deposit. The lobby holds 11,207 games from 110 studios.

Everything above came from Cosmobet’s own terms, promotions and lobby feed rather than a third-party listing, checked on 25 August 2026. The licence number matters more than it looks, as it is the same one covering Rolletto, Velobet and Goldenbet.

License

Is Cosmobet Legit?

Cosmobet is licensed, and the licence is real. Its company details page names Santeda International B.V., company number 151296, licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority under OGL/2024/1798/1048. Casino Guru lists the identical pairing, which is a useful independent check.

But that is a Curaçao licence and nothing more. Cosmobet holds no UK Gambling Commission licence, so no UKGC protections apply. No regulator-imposed deposit limits, no GamStop integration, no UKGC complaints route. You get a Curaçao dispute process instead, a weaker backstop than the one behind MGA casinos.

The Licensing Statement That Contradicts Itself

Cosmobet publishes two different licensing statements on its own site.

One names the Curaçao Gaming Authority and OGL/2024/1798/1048. A second version of the same page says Santeda is licensed under “1668/JAZ issued to Curaçao eGaming”, the old master licence system the Gaming Authority’s direct regime replaced. Both are live.

As the newer statement carries a current number, I take that one as accurate. Though an operator that has not cleaned up a superseded licensing claim on its own company page is not being careful with its regulatory copy.

The June 2026 Outage

On 14 June 2026 Cosmobet went dark for around twenty hours, along with MyStake, GoldenBet, DonBet, Velobet, Freshbet and Rolletto, after B2B suppliers pulled their products over these operators serving unlicensed markets.

Twenty hours is not catastrophic. But it tells you something structural, which is that Cosmobet’s availability rests on supplier relationships it does not control.

You can still see the marks in the lobby. Evolution, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Microgaming and Quickspin are all absent from Cosmobet’s game catalogue, despite being listed on most pages that cover it. I checked the lobby feed from two different countries and got the identical catalogue both times, so this is not a regional filter.

That is not catalogue curation. Evolution owns NetEnt and Red Tiger, and who is missing lines up with who withdrew.

What Players Say About Cosmobet

Player sentiment is unusually split, and the average hides more than it shows.

Trustpilot rates it 2.9 out of 5 from 357 reviews. Though that only sounds mediocre until you look at the distribution. Half of all reviews are one star. Another 37% are five star. Almost nobody lands in the middle. Cosmobet claimed the profile in 2023 and replies to nearly every negative review.

AskGamblers gives it 6.9 out of 10, with 25 player reviews averaging a warmer 8.6 and nine complaints of which eight resolved.

Two platforms, two verdicts, and the spread is itself the finding. The one-star themes are consistent: disputed wins, cancelled withdrawals, bonus terms invoked at cash-out, verification dragging. The five-star ones describe next-day payouts and painless verification. Both describe the same casino.

Our read is that Cosmobet pays out fine when nothing is contested and gets difficult when something is, which makes the bonus terms the most important thing here.

Cosmobet for UK Players

UK players can register without any restriction in the terms. The restricted list names Aruba, Bonaire, Curaçao, Lithuania, Netherlands, Georgia, Saba, St Maarten and the United States plus FATF blacklisted countries.

The United Kingdom appears in neither. Worth saying, as several operators in this niche name the UK in their own restricted lists while still taking UK traffic through mirror domains. Cosmobet does not, which is cleaner than most European casino sites serving this market.

Sitting outside GamStop cuts both ways. No UKGC deposit cap and no affordability check is the appeal, and nothing catching you when things go wrong is the risk. If you have used GamStop to stop yourself, a site that cannot see that register is not the place to test whether it stuck.

Cosmobet rotates domains, as the whole Santeda group does, and which one serves you depends on where you connect from. From one country cosmobet.com loaded directly. From another it bounced to cosmobet.one, as the old m.cosmobet.com subdomain now does. So do not treat any address as permanent.

How to Sign Up at Cosmobet

Registration is short. Email, password, currency, date of birth, and you are in. No identity check at the door, which is normal here and not the same as no identity check ever. The £20 minimum deposit sits in low minimum deposit casinos territory.

The currency choice matters most, as you cannot change it later without a new account. Cosmobet lists eleven selectable currencies including GBP, and its promotions quote pounds throughout. Though the UK version of its terms lists the playable currencies without GBP, while the general version includes it. Those cannot both be right.

A live account holds its balance in GBP natively, displayed as GBP in the account header rather than converted from euros at settlement. So the terms are wrong, not the cashier.

Bonus

Cosmobet Welcome Bonus

Cosmobet's casino welcome bonus

The Cosmobet welcome bonus is not just 100% up to £500. True as far as it goes, but that is one quarter of the package, as Cosmobet spreads the offer across your first four deposits. Few casino welcome bonuses run to four stages.

Min deposit £20

Stack all four and it is up to 400% and 1,000 free spins, beyond most casino bonuses UK players find on licensed sites. Minimum deposit each time is £20.

A bigger deposit doesn't improve this offer, it just scales it. Wagering is always 60x your deposit in turnover and the cap is always 10x, so the ratio sits at 6:1 whether you put in £20 or £500. The only thing that changes is the free spins tier: 50 spins under £100, 100 under £200, 250 above it. Deposit for the spins you want, not for a higher ceiling.

The Wagering Terms, Which Are Tight

Wagering is 30x on deposit plus bonus, not the bonus alone. So a £100 deposit matched by £100 bonus leaves £200 to clear, which is £6,000 in turnover, and you get seven days from activation.

As most operators in this niche give thirty days, seven is well short of what a casual player clears in a normal week. Two more things bind while it runs. Maximum bet is £5, with spins above that ceiling not counting towards wagering and any winnings from them at risk. And it is slots only, with ten titles excluded.

The Cap That Only Shows Up at Withdrawal

Clause 7.2 of the general terms is the one to read twice.

Winnings from a deposit bonus are capped at ten times your qualifying deposit, and anything above that is forfeited.

Deposit the £20 minimum, clear the wagering, win £500, and you take home £200. The rest goes. That clause sits nowhere near the offer, and it is the mechanism behind a good share of the disputed-withdrawal complaints.

You Have to Switch the Bonus On Yourself

The bonus does not apply automatically. You deposit, then go to Profile then Bonuses and activate it manually.

And this is the trap: “If a bet is placed before claiming the bonus, the bonus will not be added.” Spin once before you activate and the offer is gone, with no way back to it.

Cosmobet’s bonus area carries separate tabs for free spins, free bets, mini games and bonuses, with an expiry column against every entry. Whether it warns you before a first bet kills the offer is not published.

The seven-day wagering clock starts when you activate, not when you deposit. And a single bet before activating voids the offer permanently. So if the deposit lands on a Tuesday and you can't really play until the weekend, leave it sitting there and don't touch a game. Activate when you've actually got the week in front of you.

The Crypto Alternative, Which Nobody Mentions

Cosmobet runs a separate crypto welcome bonus alongside the main package: 200% up to 1,000 on your first ever crypto deposit, minimum £20.

The trade-off is real. Wagering rises to 35x on deposit plus bonus, still seven days, still £5 max bet, slots only. And it cannot be combined with the four-deposit package, so you choose on your first deposit. Cancelling strips the bonus, the winnings and every bet since activation. If you hold crypto anyway it is worth the sum, and on offer size Cosmobet sits alongside the better crypto casinos UK players use.

Ongoing Promotions

screenshot of cosmobet promotions page
Cosmobet's promotions page

Twelve promotions were running when I checked. The useful ones:

  • 10% monthly crypto cashback on net losses from crypto deposits
  • Lucky Spin Days, 50 free spins for a £50 deposit on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays
  • Login Reward, a random 10 to 50 free spins daily once verified and having deposited £50 in thirty days
  • 150% up to £1,000 as a separate sportsbook welcome at a gentler 15x across thirty days
  • A 20% weekly sports boost up to £200 at 10x

One pattern runs through all of it, and it does not favour Cosmobet. The free spins expire fast. Welcome spins die after 24 hours, Login Reward spins after one hour, and the Lucky Spin code must be redeemed within two hours of depositing.

Miss the evening you collect and you have missed them, which is a worse deal than the no wagering free spins some operators compete on, or the wager-free free spins on non GamStop casinos elsewhere in this niche.

The social media offer deserves a warning. It hands you 100 free spins for a follow, then attaches 100x wagering and a £100 cap. There is no no-deposit welcome either, so anyone hunting no deposit casino bonuses should look elsewhere.

Games

I counted the lobby rather than trusting a figure, and in August 2026 Cosmobet’s own game feed returned 11,207 titles across 110 studios.

110 studios, counted August 2026

Slots dominate, as you would expect from a site whose bonus terms are slots-only, with enough depth to sit alongside the better slots not on GamStop options and a decent spread of jackpot slots.

Pragmatic Play is the backbone, with more than 1,700 slot and live titles. Behind it sit Spinomenal at 584, Play’n GO at 444, BGaming at 274, Yggdrasil at 267, Hacksaw Gaming at 243 and Nolimit City at 126. Mid-tier depth is strong.

The Studios That Are Not There

Now the part that matters more than the total.

NetEnt, Red Tiger, Microgaming and Quickspin do not appear in the catalogue at all. Not restricted, not filtered, simply absent. Every one is listed on the pages currently ranking for Cosmobet, though none is available. Evolution is absent as well.

That absence has a shape. Evolution owns NetEnt and Red Tiger, and the studios missing here map onto the suppliers who withdrew from this group in June 2026. The outage did not just cost twenty hours of uptime. It looks to have cost the catalogue permanently.

I pulled Cosmobet's own lobby feed from two different countries to rule out a regional filter. Both returned the same catalogue, and Evolution, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Microgaming and Quickspin appear in neither.

Cosmobet Live Casino

There are 802 live tables, streamed rather than software-driven. The roster is thinner than the count suggests. Pragmatic Play Live carries 429 of them, with Playtech Live at 100 and Imagine Live at 67, then a tail of smaller studios. Pragmatic Play Live is competent and its blackjack and roulette spreads are fine.

Though if you have played anywhere with Evolution you will notice the absence immediately. But the game show formats and deep blackjack ranges are not replicated. Against the strongest live dealer casinos open to UK players it is mid-table, and among live casinos not on GamStop it is decent without being a reason to pick the site.

Cosmobet Sportsbook

There is a full sportsbook attached, with pre-match, live and esports, running its own welcome at 150% up to £1,000 rather than sharing the casino package. Two clauses matter if you cross over. Selections priced below 1.30 may not count as wagered, at Cosmobet’s discretion. And the sports bonuses set their own minimum odds and selection counts, at 1.30 across three selections for the welcome and 1.65 across two for the boost.

Payment Methods

screenshot of cosmobet deposit payment methods
Cosmobet's deposit methods

I took the method lists from the cashier rather than the footer logos, and they are shorter than every listing I found.

Deposits, eleven: Visa and Mastercard, bank transfer, Apple Pay, then Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ethereum, Tether, USDC, TRON, Dogecoin and XRP. Withdrawals, nine: bank transfer plus the same eight cryptocurrencies.

Spot the gap. Visa, Mastercard and Apple Pay take money in and cannot pay it out. Deposit by card and your only routes back are bank transfer or crypto. If you want money returning the way it came, the Mastercard casinos UK and Apple Pay casinos I rate handle it better.

Every cryptocurrency that deposits also withdraws. Though the cashier and the terms disagree about which coins exist at all: the terms name Bitcoin Cash, Monero and Dash, none of which is in the cashier, while the cashier carries USDC, TRON and Dogecoin, none of which is in the terms.

The published rules are clearer than the method list. Minimum withdrawal is £20 or equivalent, and a request above a provider’s ceiling is paid in instalments rather than refused. Bank transfer payouts take three banking days.

Two clauses deserve attention. Every deposit carries a minimum 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal, bonus or not. And if your bets since the last deposit total less than three times that deposit, Cosmobet reserves the right to charge the processing costs on both sides.

That second is a real cost trap for anyone who deposits, plays lightly and changes their mind, and no comparison of casino payment methods UK players use will surface it. Bitcoin deposits also unlock the 200% crypto welcome and the 10% monthly cashback, so the economics beat the card route, as at most bitcoin casinos UK and across casino deposit methods generally.

screenshot of cosmobet withdrawal payment methods
Cosmobet's withdrawal methods

If you deposit by card, you've committed to the slow way out. Cards and Apple Pay can't pay out, so you'll be pushed to bank transfer, and that's the three banking day route. Depositing in crypto is the only way to keep the fast channel open, since every coin that goes in can also come out.

How Long Do Cosmobet Withdrawals Take?

Weekly and monthly ceilings of £7,500 and £15,000 circulate widely on player-sentiment platforms. Neither figure appears anywhere in Cosmobet’s own terms or in its cashier, which publish only the £20 minimum and method-dependent maximums. So I are treating those numbers as not published by the operator rather than repeating them.

Cosmobet publishes three banking days for bank transfer payouts and nothing for crypto. Player reports split hard, next-day payouts against multi-week verification delays, and the pattern is that speed depends on whether anything about the account is contested.

None of it is backed by a regulator that will chase a payout for you, which is the practical gap between Cosmobet, the genuine fast withdrawal casinos I rate, and the top casino sites UK players use under a domestic licence.

Cosmobet KYC and Verification

Verification is automated, running through a third-party identity provider rather than manual review. Cosmobet asks for a copy of your ID or passport and proof of residence dated within six months, and holds records for ten years.

The deadline is the clause to note. Under the refund policy you have five days to supply certified documents, and Cosmobet states that missing it means funds may be cancelled and the account closed, a decision it calls final and not subject to appeal.

So this is not a no-KYC casino and should not be sold as one. Verification happens, it happens before your money leaves, and the window is short.

Casino Design

screenshot of cosmobet casino lobby
Comosbet's casino lobby

The site leans hard into its space theme, from the Asteroid Belt and Supernova tiers to the cosmic language on every promotion, and it holds together better than most manage at this size. But with 11,207 games in the lobby the provider filter is not a convenience, it is the only way to find anything.

The lobby gives you a studio strip, a search box and category tabs for popular slots, bonus buy, Megaways and new games. But the strip shows nine studios before you open a dropdown to reach the other hundred, and that dropdown is where the library becomes navigable.

Mobile App

Cosmobet runs a responsive site rather than a native app. I found no Android or iOS listing on it, and the old m.cosmobet.com subdomain now redirects into the main site.

The lobby feed serves a distinct mobile catalogue rather than reflowing the desktop one, so the selection differs by device. Check your favourite titles are there before depositing, as with most mobile casino sites in this niche.

Customer Support

Support runs through live chat and email at support@cosmobet.com, with complaints routed to complaints@cosmobet.com, and Cosmobet describes it as 24/7.

A live chat widget sits on every page and Cosmobet states it is staffed around the clock. I have not timed a response, so treat 24/7 as the operator’s claim rather than ours.

Trustpilot reviewers split on this as sharply as everything else, praising chat responsiveness in the positive reviews and calling it unresponsive once a payout is disputed.

VIP Section

The loyalty scheme runs ten tiers, and Cosmobet publishes the thresholds rather than hiding them behind a support conversation.

Tier

Name

Loyalty points

1

Asteroid Belt

1 to 500

2

Moon Base

500 to 5,000

3

7

9

Black Hole

100,000 to 150,000

10

Supernova

150,000 and above

A published ladder beats the norm here, and a top rung at 150,000 points makes clear this is built for volume. Anyone climbing it seriously is in high roller casinos territory.

What each tier pays is not published. Cosmobet lists names and thresholds and stops, with no cashback rate, rakeback or withdrawal priority stated anywhere I could find.

Responsible Gambling at Cosmobet

screenshot of cosmobet responsible gambling page
Cosmobet's responsible gambling page

This is my most serious reservation, and on a site aimed at people outside GamStop it carries more weight than it would anywhere else.

Nothing here is self-service. To take a break you email support and ask them to close the account temporarily, and reopening early sits at Cosmobet’s sole discretion. To self-exclude you email support and request between six months and five years, and naming no period closes the account for six months by default.

Cosmobet’s responsible gambling page lists “account limits” and “account tools to help you manage your gambling” among its options. It provides a mechanism for neither.

The account menu runs to eight items: dashboard, personal information, deposit, withdraw, transaction history, promo codes, bonuses and verification. There is no limits panel and no self-exclusion control in it.

That matters because an email request is a slower and more breakable barrier than a button. It depends on staff actioning it, and it gives you a conversation to talk yourself out of. Complaints on the sentiment platforms allege self-exclusion requests were not honoured, which I cannot verify.

If you have used GamStop before, be clear what you are choosing. Cosmobet cannot see that register, and its own controls are slower than the one you left. My responsible gambling guidance is worth reading before you deposit, as it is for anyone weighing up casinos not on GamBan.

One real positive. Cosmobet’s dormancy terms beat its sister brands’ comfortably. An account goes dormant after 365 days without a login, then attracts 5% of the recorded balance monthly, capped at 20 euros. Rolletto charges 20% a month after just 60 days.

There's no deposit limit tool here, so the deposit itself is your only control. Decide the number before you open the cashier, because nothing on the site will hold you to it afterwards. A time out or self exclusion means emailing support and waiting, which is no use at two in the morning.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Four deposit bonuses, up to 400% and 1,000 free spins, where most rivals match once
  • 11,207 games from 110 studios, well above what listings claim
  • Ten published VIP tiers with visible thresholds rather than an opaque invite scheme
  • Available in the UK
  • Dormancy at 365 days and 5% capped at 20 euros, gentler than its sister brands
  • A separate 200% crypto welcome that most coverage misses
  • Casino Guru rates its Safety Index 8.3, labelled high

Cons

  • NetEnt, Red Tiger, Microgaming and Quickspin are absent, and Evolution appears to be
  • 30x on deposit plus bonus inside seven days, against a thirty-day norm
  • Bonus winnings capped at ten times your deposit, published far from the offer
  • Manual activation, and one bet beforehand voids the offer permanently
  • Self-exclusion and limits are email only, with no self-service controls
  • Trustpilot sits at 2.9 from 357 reviews, half of them one star
  • The UK company details page renders a placeholder, the privacy policy is empty
  • No no-deposit offer, and free spins expire in 24 hours or less

Conclusion

Cosmobet is a better casino than the pages ranking for it describe, and a more demanding one. The library is large, the four-part package is unusually generous for this market, the VIP ladder is transparent, and the dormancy terms are the best in its corporate family. Among the newer new casino sites taking UK players outside GamStop, it has more substance than most.

But the terms are where the value leaks back out. Thirty times deposit plus bonus in seven days is a hard clear, the ten times cap quietly limits what you take from it, and manual activation will cost some players the offer entirely. The missing studios are a real downgrade, and the email-only responsible gambling tools are the weakest part of the proposition for this audience.

I rate it 4 out of 5. Treat the package as four decisions rather than one, size deposits against the ten times cap, and activate before you spin. Among Curaçao casinos and the wider field of best online casinos I cover, it earns its place without clearing the bar comfortably.

Cosmobet Review FAQs

Cosmobet holds a Curaçao licence under Santeda International B.V., number OGL/2024/1798/1048, and Casino Guru rates its Safety Index 8.3 out of 10. It has no UK Gambling Commission licence, so UKGC protections do not apply. Trustpilot sits at 2.9 from 357 reviews, split sharply between one and five stars.

No. Cosmobet is licensed in Curaçao rather than by the UK Gambling Commission, so it has no connection to the GamStop self-exclusion scheme and does not check the register. Its own self-exclusion runs by email through customer support, covering six months to five years, with six months applied by default.

Cosmobet matches your first four deposits at 100% up to 500 each, giving up to 400% and up to 1,000 free spins in total. Minimum deposit is 20 per stage. Wagering is 30x on deposit plus bonus within seven days, maximum bet is 5, and it applies to slots only.

The casino welcome package carries 30x wagering on deposit plus bonus combined, not on the bonus alone, with a seven-day completion window. The separate crypto welcome bonus runs at 35x on the same basis. Sportsbook offers are gentler at 15x for the welcome and 10x weekly.

Yes, and it is easy to miss. Clause 7.2 of the general terms caps winnings from any deposit bonus at ten times your qualifying deposit, with anything above that forfeited. No-deposit bonus winnings are capped at 100 euros, cashback at five times the bonus, and sports free bets at fifteen times.

Cosmobet publishes a three banking day window for bank transfer payouts and a 20 euro minimum withdrawal. Weekly and monthly ceilings quoted elsewhere do not appear in its own terms. Every deposit must be wagered at least once before withdrawal, and identity verification happens before funds are released.

Yes. Verification is automated and requires a copy of your ID or passport plus proof of residence dated within six months. You have five days to supply certified documents when asked, after which Cosmobet states funds may be cancelled and the account closed. It is not a no-KYC casino.

No. Cosmobet runs no no-deposit welcome offer, so every bonus here requires a qualifying deposit of at least 20. Its general terms do describe no-deposit bonus rules, capping any winnings from one at 100 euros, but no such offer was live when I checked in August 2026.

Cosmobet’s welcome package needs no code. You deposit, then activate the bonus from Profile then Bonuses. One live promotion does use a code: Lucky Spin Days awards 50 free spins for a 50 deposit on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with code LUCKYSPIN, redeemed within two hours.

Pragmatic Play leads with over 1,700 titles, followed by Spinomenal, Play’n GO, Amusnet, BGaming, Yggdrasil, Hacksaw Gaming and Nolimit City, across 110 studios and 11,207 games. NetEnt, Red Tiger, Microgaming and Quickspin are absent despite appearing on most listings, and Evolution does not show either.
