Best Offshore Casinos UK 2026: Non-UKGC and Overseas Casinos Accepting UK Players
The best offshore casinos for UK players hold a licence somewhere other than Great Britain, and that one fact decides everything else about them. We opened accounts at ten of them, followed every footer seal to the regulator that issued it, and read the terms that bite at withdrawal.
Most of these operators also sit on our best casino sites UK hub, so the licence detail here comes from one round of checks.

Every offer above was read off the operator’s own promotions page and bonus terms in September 2026. Every licence was checked against the regulator’s certificate page.
The order follows the top casinos not on GamStop ranking, with Cosmobet, which sits first on our UK hub, added at the top. Where a figure is missing from an operator’s own pages, the cell says so instead of borrowing a number from somewhere else.
Cosmobet: Four deposits, one licence you can click through to

Cosmobet is the newest brand here, launched in 2023, and its footer is the cleanest demonstration of what a working licence seal looks like.
Click it and you land on the Curaçao Gaming Authority’s own certificate page, which names Santeda International B.V., company 151296, licence OGL/2024/1798/1048, and reads Active. That is the check, and it takes twenty seconds.
The welcome package spreads across four deposits at 100% up to £500 each, with up to 250 free spins a stage.
But read clause 7.2 before you size the first deposit, because winnings from any deposit bonus cap at ten times what you paid in. A £20 deposit caps your withdrawal at £200 however the spins land.
- Licence: Curaçao Gaming Authority, certificate Active, granted 14 August 2024
- Owner: Santeda International B.V., shared with Rolletto, Velobet and GoldenBet
- Terms: 30x deposit plus bonus inside seven days, £5 max bet, manual activation, self-exclusion by email only
MyStake: The biggest percentage, and a driving licence will do

MyStake leads on headline size with 300% up to £1,500 across three deposits, broken down as 150% up to £750, then 100% up to £500, then 50% up to £250. No free spins attach to it. The balance displays in £, so sterling is held natively even though the promotion page quotes euros.
Its footer line reads “operated by GTW B.V. … licensed by the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA)” with licence OGL/2024/250/0115, and the seal opens a certificate granted 1 July 2024, status Active.
And its KYC policy is the one on this roster that accepts a driving licence as photo ID, which the Santeda sites don’t mention.
- Licence: Curaçao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/250/0115, certificate Active
- Owner: GTW B.V., company 165433, shared with DonBet
- Terms: 30x deposit plus bonus, £5 max bet, expiry window not published, activation in Profile then Bonuses before your first bet
Vave: Crypto first, and the one footer with nothing in it

Vave is the site this page’s checklist was written for. Its footer carries no operating company, no licence number and no regulator seal, and we found it in neither the Curaçao register nor the Anjouan one.
Nothing here says Vave is unlicensed. What it says is that Vave hasn’t published enough for you to find out, and I’d want that line in the footer before a second deposit went in.
The offer is 150% up to 1.5 BTC plus 100 free spins, and its wagering multiplier is not published on any page we could reach. Accounts hold eight cryptocurrencies and convert at the table, so there is no sterling balance.
Though the Hot Slots and Cold Slots panels are worth a look, as those percentages are rolling 24-hour actuals rather than theoretical RTP.
- Licence: not published on the site
- Owner: not published on the site
- Terms: deposit turned over 3x on casino play before withdrawal, self-exclusion by email for 6, 9 or 12 months, 10 USDT monthly dormancy fee after 12 months
Rolletto: The largest package, on the tightest clock

Rolletto publishes the fullest licence line on the roster, and it’s what a reader should expect to find at the bottom of any site worth depositing at.
Operating company, company number, regulator and licence number, all in one sentence, with a seal that resolves to the regulator’s own domain. And as the screenshot above shows, Rolletto pays free spins for completing ID verification, which is the honest version of the KYC question.
The Welcome Casino Package runs to £5,500 across three deposits: 150% up to £500, then 50% up to £2,000, then 25% up to £3,000. Minimum deposit is £20.
But the wagering is 40x on deposit plus bonus for the first two stages and 30x for the third, all inside five days. I find the window the harder half of that, as 40x is common enough and five days is not.
The 200 free spins are real but they drip: 50 on a first deposit of £20 or more, then 30 a day for five consecutive logins, and a missed day forfeits the rest.
- Licence: Curaçao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/1798/1048, certificate Active
- Owner: Santeda International B.V., the same licence as Cosmobet, Velobet and GoldenBet
- Terms: bonus switched on in the Bonus tab before you play, £5 max bet, winnings capped at 10x the activating deposit, £7,500 weekly and £15,000 monthly withdrawal caps
Jack: Wager-free spins and a licence dated in the footer

Jack, which older tables still call Jackbit, doesn’t run a deposit match at all. The welcome offer is 100 free spins, entirely wager-free, and winnings land as cash.
But the catches are the numbers around it: £50 minimum deposit, 24 hours to activate, 24 hours to use them, one fixed game, and a £100 cap on what the spins can pay.
Its footer goes further than most by dating the licence: Data Link Digital B.V., company 164124, licence OGL/2024/1562/1139, “issued on 15/May/2026”, with the payment agent named as Datalink Tech Limited in Limassol. The regulator’s certificate for the same licence shows a grant date of 23 July 2025, and both read Active.
- Licence: Curaçao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/1562/1139, certificate Active
- Owner: Data Link Digital B.V., no sister brands on this page
- Terms: ID and proof of residence under six months old before any financial transaction, spin winnings capped at £100
Freshbet: Quotes you in pounds and asks support to set your limits

Freshbet is the one operator here that publishes its offers with a £ figure printed next to the euro and dollar ones, so the Casino Welcome Bonus reads 100% up to £1,500 across three deposits of £500 each, matched at 100%, then 50%, then 100%.
Wagering is 30x deposit plus bonus over 30 days from a £20 minimum, slots only, and a stage you skip cannot be claimed later.
Its licence sits with Ryker B.V., company 154186, under OGL/2024/1800/1049, and the certificate page reads Active with a grant date of 14 August 2024. Though where Freshbet lets itself down is the responsible gambling page, which calls its tools self-service and then tells you to contact support to set a deposit limit.
- Licence: Curaçao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/1800/1049, certificate Active
- Owner: Ryker B.V., payments through Ryker Development Ltd in Larnaca
- Terms: manual activation before you bet, deposit limits set by support rather than in the account
Cloudbet: Pays cash instead of bonus credit

Cloudbet is the odd one out, and usefully so. There’s no deposit match, and I’d take that trade over any 30x package on this page.
The 30-day Welcome Package pays real cash instead of bonus credit, capped at £1,830 across the month, arriving as 10% casino rakeback, daily cash drops, weekly sports drops on Fridays and a Cash Vault that unlocks on day 30. As it’s cash, there is nothing to wager through.
The footer gives a full address in Willemstad alongside Halcyon Super Holdings B.V., company 148526, licence OGL/2024/328/0599, and the certificate reads Active from 23 May 2025. Cloudbet runs customer due diligence at its own discretion, not the shared KYC template the Santeda and GTW sites use.
- Licence: Curaçao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/328/0599, certificate Active
- Owner: Halcyon Super Holdings B.V., no sister brands on this page
- Terms: rewards paid as withdrawable cash, £1,830 is a 30-day ceiling, not a first-deposit sum
Velobet: Where verification arrives on day one

The Velobet welcome package totals 330% plus 300 free spins across three deposits, from a £10 minimum, though the 330% is three matches added together, not one.
The spins drip 30 at once and then 30 a day over nine days, and missing a day forfeits the rest. Wagering is 30x on bonus plus deposit inside 30 days with a £5 max bet.
The footer still cites the 1993 Curaçao ordinance while the regulator’s certificate for the same licence cites the 2024 one, which tells you footers lag regulators. And the daily login spins, between 5 and 100 a day, require a verified account, so the paperwork arrives on day one for anyone chasing them.
- Licence: Curaçao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/1798/1048, certificate Active
- Owner: Santeda International B.V., with Santeda International Limited in Cyprus as payment agent
- Terms: 10% wager-free cashback, three banking days processing on withdrawals, self-exclusion options shown above
DonBet: The widest wagering base of the ten

The DonBet bonus of 150% up to £750 plus 50 free spins looks mid-table until you read what the 30x applies to.
It’s deposit plus bonus plus free-spin winnings, which is a wider base than anything else here and makes the offer harder to clear than the percentage suggests. Deposits count between £20 and £500, with anything above £500 treated as £500, over 30 days at a £5 max bet.
The footer names GTW B.V., licence OGL/2024/250/0115 “issued on 01/07/2024”, and the payment agent CYGTW LTD at Poreias 2, Limassol. That is the same street address Santeda’s payment agent uses, which is worth knowing when you’re counting how many separate companies you’re actually dealing with.
- Licence: Curaçao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/250/0115, certificate Active
- Owner: GTW B.V., shared with MyStake
- Terms: self-exclusion by email from 6 months to 5 years, six months applied by default, weekly cashback from 4% to 15% by VIP rank
GoldenBet: Sterling account, card cashier, and cards can’t pay out

GoldenBet is the pick if you want a GBP balance and a card cashier, and it’s one of the few Monzo casinos on any non-UKGC roster.
But the withdrawal tab above is the point of the screenshot. Thirteen deposit methods including cards and Apple Pay, against ten withdrawal methods that are bank transfer and crypto only. Money that arrives on a card leaves by another route.
There’s no standard match. The headline is 200 free spins across Thursday and Friday for £50 deposited each day, wager-free with a £1,000 cap on what you can withdraw from them.
The 10% cashback has to be requested through support and then wagered 45x inside 15 days. The footer dates the licence to 14 August 2024, matching the certificate exactly.
- Licence: Curaçao Gaming Authority, OGL/2024/1798/1048, certificate Active
- Owner: Santeda International B.V., the fourth brand on that licence here
- Terms: free spin winnings capped at £1,000, cashback capped at £500 with withdrawals capped at 5x the cashback, account closure by contacting support
What Is an Offshore Casino?
An offshore casino is one licensed outside the country it’s taking your money from. For a UK player, that means an operator regulated by Curaçao, Malta, Anjouan or one of a handful of smaller jurisdictions, not by the Gambling Commission in Birmingham.
Though the word sounds shadier than the reality. Malta is an EU member state, and the reformed Curaçao regime issues each operator its own licence with a public certificate page, which is what nine of the ten sites here hold.
But the word does describe a real boundary. An offshore regulator answers to its own law, its own complaints process and its own idea of what a player is owed, and none of those is the UK’s.
The practical differences show up in three places: the size of the bonuses, the features left switched on in the games, and the cashier. UKGC rules restrict how promotions are structured, remove autoplay, quick spin and bonus buys, and banned credit cards in 2020.
Offshore sites aren’t bound by any of that, so the slots not on GamStop at these brands play differently from the same titles at a UK-licensed site.
Are Offshore Casinos Legal for UK Players?
Playing at one isn’t an offence. UK gambling law regulates operators rather than players, so the licensing obligation sits with the business, and gambling winnings aren’t taxed in the UK wherever the site holds its licence.
But what the law does restrict is the operator. A site without a Gambling Commission licence can’t lawfully advertise to you, isn’t connected to GamStop, and isn’t bound by UK affordability checks or deposit caps.
That’s the whole trade, and it’s a trade rather than a technicality. You get the wider offer, and you lose the regulator that would take your side if a withdrawal stalled.
Though one line is worth keeping in view. If you registered with GamStop, that registration exists because you asked for it, and a site that can’t see the register hasn’t changed the reason. GamCare on 0808 8020 133 is free and answers around the clock.
Why UK Players Choose Overseas Casinos
The reasons people search for overseas casinos accepting UK players are more varied than the marketing suggests, and most of them are ordinary.
Here is what the ten sites above deliver on each of the usual reasons:
- Bigger bonuses. Packages reach £5,500 at Rolletto and up to 400% at Cosmobet, far beyond what a UK-licensed site typically advertises. But wagering scales with the headline, and 30x on deposit plus bonus is the floor here, so the casino bonuses UK players find at licensed sites often clear faster
- Wider libraries. Cosmobet publishes 8,657 games and DonBet 8,454, and the casino games not on GamStop include crash games and bonus buys UKGC sites strip out. The live casinos not on GamStop comparison records which live studios each site lists
- Payments. Crypto is the backbone, every cashier here takes it, and bitcoin casinos UK players get the fastest withdrawals here by a distance. Cards are patchier, and the Mastercard casinos among these ten take the card for deposits only
- A completed self-exclusion. Some readers finished a GamStop term and want a site without UK affordability checks. That’s an honest reason and we list it as one. We won’t describe any of this as a way around a block still running, and the casinos not on GamBan comparison draws the same line
- Lighter registration. Signup at most of these asks for an email, a password and a date of birth, and the no registration casinos among them defer ID until a withdrawal or a risk flag. Deferred is the word, as eight of the ten may verify you before any transaction
Non-UKGC Casinos: What the Licence Means for a UK Player
Non-UKGC casinos and offshore casinos are the same sites described from two directions. One phrase says where the licence isn’t, the other says where it is, and for a UK player the practical consequences are identical.
Every operator on this page is non-UKGC because it’s licensed in Curaçao or, in Vave’s case, somewhere it hasn’t told us.
What a Gambling Commission licence would have given you comes in four parts:
- A complaints route. A UKGC licensee has to offer an approved dispute body. A non-UKGC casino answers to its own regulator’s process, which in Curaçao is a new channel under the 2024 ordinance and in Anjouan is minimal
- Segregated player funds. UK licensees hold your balance apart from operating money. Offshore frameworks generally don’t require it, so a failed operator is a bigger risk to your balance
- GamStop and affordability checks. Both are conditions of a UK licence, not choices, so non-UKGC licensed casinos run neither
- Advertising limits. The reason offshore offers read louder is that the UKGC restricts how its licensees promote, and nobody restricts these
None of that makes a non-UKGC casino unsafe by itself. But it does mean the licence you can verify is doing all the work, which is why the next two sections exist.
Offshore Casino Licences Compared: Curaçao, MGA and Anjouan
Three regulators cover nearly every offshore casino a UK player will meet, and the differences between them are documents, not adjectives. We read each regulator’s own register to build this table, because I’d rather show you a searchable register than a stronger adjective.
| What we checked | Curaçao (CGA) | Malta (MGA) | Anjouan |
|---|---|---|---|
| Public register | Downloadable PDF registry of every online licence, dated at each update, plus an enforcement register | Searchable database by licensee, URL, status or gaming service, plus a URL checker | Searchable table of 1,506 licences with the domains each covers |
| Verify one site | Footer seal opens a certificate at cert.cga.cw naming licensee, company number, grant date and status | Dynamic seal on the operator site links to its register entry | Verify-a-licence tool by licence number, company or domain |
| Number format | OGL/2024/nnn/nnnn or CGA/2025/nnnn/nnnn | MGA/B2C/nnn/yyyy | ALSI-yyyymmnnn-FIn |
| Complaints route | New complaints channel under the 2024 ordinance; no UK-style ADR | Formal player-dispute process with the regulator | Minimal; register states verification is not an endorsement |
| On this page | Nine of ten operators, all certificates Active on 13 September 2026 | None | None |
Curaçao Gaming Authority: A licence per operator and a certificate you can open
Curaçao reformed its regime in 2024. The old master-licence arrangement, where a brand sheltered under someone else’s 1668/JAZ number, was replaced by the Curaçao Gaming Authority issuing each operator its own licence. Numbers run OGL/yyyy/nnn/nnnn for the transition cohort and CGA/yyyy/nnnn/nnnn from 2025.
The footer seal on a licensed site opens a certificate at cert.cga.cw naming the licensee, the company number, the grant date and the current status.
The CGA also publishes a downloadable register and an enforcement register listing 31 revocations and non-extensions to July 2026. Every Curacao casinos listing we run is checked against those pages, and all nine licensed operators here passed on 13 September.
Malta Gaming Authority: The strictest of the three, and the least likely to take you
Malta is the strictest of the three. The MGA’s register is a searchable database by licensee name, URL, authorisation status or gaming service, backed by a separate URL checker, and its licensees carry real dispute-resolution obligations.
But the trade is that MGA casinos run tighter bonus terms and rarely accept UK players at all, because Malta expects its licensees to hold a local licence in regulated markets. None of the ten above is Malta-licensed.
Anjouan Gaming Authority: More transparent than its reputation, thinner on complaints
Anjouan, in the Comoros, is the newest of the three to matter, and it’s more transparent than its reputation.
Its register lists 1,506 licences with company, licence number, status, issue and expiry dates and the domains each covers. A verify-a-licence tool takes a licence number, a company name or a domain, and numbers run ALSI-yyyymmnnn-FIn.
Though what it lacks is a published complaints framework of any depth, and its own register notes that verification “does not constitute an endorsement”. None of the ten above holds an Anjouan licence either, whatever rival lists say.
Here’s the honest hierarchy. MGA maximises protection and minimises freedom, Anjouan is the reverse, and the reformed Curaçao regime sits between them, which is why it hosts most of the serious market for UK players.
How to Vet an Offshore Casino Yourself
Every check below was run on the ten sites above, and the screenshots are what we found. The whole routine takes about ten minutes and it settles most of what a review can tell you.
- Find the licence line in the footer and read it in full. You want an operating company, a company number, a regulator and a licence number in one sentence. Rolletto’s is the model. Vave’s footer has none of those, and that’s where your vetting of Vave ends until it publishes one.
- Click the seal. A real seal opens a page on the regulator’s own domain, at cert.cga.cw for Curaçao or the MGA and Anjouan registers for the others. A flat image that links nowhere is your first warning. Cosmobet’s seal opens exactly that page.
- Match the company across three places. The name in the certificate, the name in the terms and the name on your card statement should agree. Where they don’t, you’re dealing with a clone or a white label.
- Count the owners, not the brands. Four sites here trade on one Santeda licence and two more on one GTW licence, and both licensees route payments through the same Limassol address. Six brands, two companies. So spreading accounts across them spreads nothing.
- Find the responsible gambling route and test whether it’s self-service. At Vave, DonBet, Cosmobet and GoldenBet, self-exclusion means emailing support. Freshbet’s limits page says the same thing more warmly.
- Read the KYC clause before the bonus clause. Eight of the ten may verify you before any financial transaction, with proof of address under three months old at GoldenBet, MyStake and DonBet and six months at Rolletto, Jack and Cosmobet. The no KYC casinos label describes marketing, not terms.
- Open the withdrawal tab before you deposit. GoldenBet’s thirteen ways in and ten ways out is the worked example, and cards are never among the ten.
- Check the dormancy clause. Rolletto starts taking 20% a month after 60 days of inactivity. Cosmobet waits 365 days and takes 5%. Vave charges 10 USDT a month after a year.
The certificate is the single most useful page in offshore gambling, and in my experience almost nobody clicks it.
It names the licensee, the company number, the ordinance the licence was issued under and the status, and it lives on the regulator’s domain rather than the casino’s. As it’s generated by the regulator, a casino can’t edit what it says.
Step five is where most sites on this page fall short, and Cosmobet is the clearest example. Its responsible gambling page lists account limits, time-outs and account tools among the options it provides, and every one of them resolves to contacting customer support.
That isn’t a reason to avoid the site. But it’s a reason to know before you deposit that the brake pedal is an email address.
Best Offshore Online Casinos for Payments and Payout Speed
The best offshore online casinos for a UK player are usually decided by the cashier, not the bonus, and the cashier has two sides.
Crypto clears fastest everywhere here, usually inside the hour once approved, and the crypto casinos on this list run to eight coins at Cosmobet and at Vave, every one of which withdraws as well as deposits at Cosmobet.
Bank transfer is the fiat route out, and three banking days is the published processing time at Freshbet, GoldenBet, MyStake and Velobet. Jack and Cloudbet publish no processing time at all.
Fiat in is broader than fiat out. GoldenBet takes Visa, Mastercard, Monzo and Apple Pay on the way in, which puts it on the Apple Pay casinos list, while paying out by bank transfer or crypto only.
Cosmobet and Rolletto take cards the same way. So the rule is simple: whatever the deposit menu shows, the withdrawal menu is the one that describes your money.
Though two more things decide payout speed in practice. The first is verification, which most of these sites trigger at the first withdrawal, not at signup, so having ID and a proof of address ready saves a week.
The second is the 1x turnover rule at Cosmobet, where every deposit has to be wagered once before any withdrawal, bonus or no bonus, and MyStake goes further by reserving a 20% fee on withdrawals of unwagered deposits. Both are written down, and both surprise people.
Ongoing value tends to sit in the cashback, not the welcome offer. Velobet’s 10% is wager-free, DonBet’s climbs to 15% at the top rank, and the best cashback casino bonus terms on this roster are easier to finish than any 30x package.
The same applies to the free spins on non-GamStop casinos that carry no wagering, which here means Jack’s hundred and GoldenBet’s two hundred.
All ten run as instant-play sites in a phone browser with no app to install, which is the norm for mobile casinos outside the UK app stores.
Though one thing to watch on mobile: GoldenBet, Rolletto, Velobet and DonBet all leave the KYC policy off their separate mobile sites, so read it on desktop first.
The live dealer casino tables drop out earliest on patchy data. The roulette not on GamStop and poker not on GamStop rooms hold up better than the game shows do.
New brands land on this market every few months, and the new casino sites among them usually share a parent with something already trading. The eight-step check above is how you find out which one.
Offshore Casinos UK FAQs
-
An offshore casino is an online casino licensed outside the country its players live in. For UK players that usually means a Curaçao, Malta or Anjouan licence rather than a Gambling Commission one. Nine of the ten sites on this page hold a Curaçao Gaming Authority licence with a certificate page you can open from the footer seal.
-
Playing at one isn’t an offence for a UK adult, because UK gambling law regulates operators rather than players. The restriction sits on the operator, which can’t advertise to UK players without a Gambling Commission licence. You lose UKGC protections, GamStop coverage and the UK complaints route, so the trade is real.
-
Safety varies by site, and the licence is where to start. All nine licensed operators here passed a certificate check on 13 September 2026, and Vave publishes no licence at all. Offshore frameworks are lighter than the UKGC’s on segregated funds and disputes, so read the withdrawal clause and the KYC policy before depositing.
-
No. Gambling winnings aren’t taxed in the UK regardless of where the operator holds its licence, because the duty falls on operators rather than players. That applies equally to a Curaçao-licensed site and a UK-licensed one. Keep records of large withdrawals anyway, as your bank may ask where the money came from.
-
No. GamStop connects only to operators holding a UK Gambling Commission licence, and offshore sites hold their licences elsewhere, so they never joined the register. That’s a jurisdictional boundary rather than a workaround. If you self-excluded through GamStop, that exclusion exists for a reason worth respecting before opening another account.
-
Find the licence line in the footer, note the company name and licence number, then click the seal. A real Curaçao seal opens a certificate at cert.cga.cw naming the licensee and its status. Malta and Anjouan both run searchable public registers where you can look up a company, a licence number or a domain.

Nothing in practice. Non-UKGC describes any casino without a Gambling Commission licence, and offshore describes where that casino is licensed instead, usually Curaçao, Malta or Anjouan. Every site on this page is both. The useful question isn’t the label but which regulator stands behind the licence and whether you can verify it.

Crypto works at every site on this page and clears fastest, usually inside an hour once approved. Cards appear at GoldenBet, Cosmobet and Rolletto for deposits, with Monzo and Apple Pay at GoldenBet, while withdrawals leave by bank transfer or crypto. Bank transfer payouts are published at three banking days by four of the ten operators.

Cosmobet, MyStake, Vave, Rolletto and Jack lead this page, ranked in the same order as our casinos not on GamStop list. Cosmobet has the largest package at up to 400% across four deposits, Rolletto the biggest single figure at £5,500, and Jack, GoldenBet and Cloudbet the only welcome offers with nothing to wager through.
