License

The footer gives you a company, an address and a corporate number, and that is all. BetPanda Casino is run by Star Bright Media S.R.L of San Pedro, Costa Rica, corporate identification number 3-102-880000. There is no licence line, regulator, licence number or seal anywhere on the site.

The terms say why. Section 2 has you agree that the gaming services “are authorized under the jurisdiction of Costa Rica, and not under any domestic licensing regime”. Costa Rica registers companies; it does not issue online gambling licences.

So the honest label is a company registration with no gambling licence behind it, a different footing from an Anjouan licence or the MGA casinos we list, which at least name a regulator.

Is BetPanda Casino Legit?

Bet Panda is a real, working operator rather than a skin that vanishes: named studios, a crypto payment processor behind the cashier, a full sportsbook. What it lacks is a gambling licence, and that matters for one reason. With no regulator there is no complaints body and no dispute route beyond the operator. Clause 12.1 asks you to resolve disputes “by contacting the Company”, with Costa Rican courts after that.

Then the registers add a twist. The UKGC public register returns nothing for BetPanda or Star Bright Media. But the Anjouan register lists Star Bright Media SRL under licence ALSI-202408063-FI3, issued in August 2024 with an expiry shown as August 2026, covering the Punkz casino domains. So the company holds an offshore licence, just not for this brand, and nothing on BetPanda claims it.

Domains, Sister Sites and Ownership

The site runs on betpandacasino.io, the terms say betpanda.io, and both are the operator; the sister brand is Punkz. Then there are the lookalikes: betpandauk.com and betpanda.uk top a UK search, and betpandacasino.co.uk claims a sub-licence that appears nowhere on BetPanda’s pages.

None of them is the casino, so check the domain before you sign up, as I would with the operator in our MyStake Casino review, and use the .io address only.

Complaint Record

The operator’s own Trustpilot page carries 840+ reviews, though Trustpilot was not displaying a score when I checked. The copycat .co.uk profile shows no reviews at all and is not the operator.

Gambling forums carry 2025 threads alleging blocked accounts and withheld withdrawals. None of them is verifiable from outside. But with no regulator to escalate to, they are the only outside record there is.

Safety and Security

The security side is better than the licensing side. Profile offers two-factor authentication for logins and withdrawals, and the AML statement describes transaction monitoring that quarantines anything scored “Critical”. The £5,000 daily withdrawal cap exists, the terms say, to limit the damage if an account is breached.

Though what the terms reserve is wide: identity checks “at any time at our discretion for any reason”, payments held until satisfied, closure without a stated reason, and delays “in case of crypto currency shortages”.

Responsible Gambling at BetPanda Casino

This is the thinnest part of the operation. I opened every tab in the account menu, from Profile to Referrals, and none carries a responsible gambling control. The whole toolkit is missing:

So there is no locked balance and no bonus win cap once it converts. The cost is that you carry the whole turnover on your own money, and if you bust first there is no bonus at all.

What 40x Means on a £100 Deposit

The arithmetic is worth doing before you deposit. The minimum is £10, only stakes up to £50 a round count, slots count 100%, live games 20% and everything else 0%.

Wagering Requirements

The bonus terms sit in an accordion at the foot of the landing page. The deposit must be wagered 40 times, the maximum wager per round that contributes is £50, and you have 7 days from the first deposit. Miss the window and the bonus and “any associated winnings” are forfeited.

Weighting is where people lose count. My experience

I went through every item on the side menu and the filter chips, and the one thing that still trips a UK player is the lobby order: the Slots row leads with Hacksaw, Pragmatic and Nolimit tiles that a UK IP cannot open, even though they now carry a lock.
