Intro
LetsJackpot Casino is an offshore casino for UK players, in the same bracket as the casinos not on GamStop I cover elsewhere. It runs 6,120+ slots, a live casino, a sportsbook and weekly cashback on an Anjouan licence, and I read the terms behind them.

Figures come from the operator’s own reward pages, terms and Payment Options page, checked in October 2026.
Everything is quoted in euros because that is how the signed-in site shows balances and offers, with no sterling option published, which makes it read more like one of the European casino sites than a UK-facing one.
License
The footer on every page reads Licence no ALSI-202408038-FI2, and describes the operator as Prime Web Ops, registered in Costa Rica.
But the jurisdiction in that line is loose. ALSI is the numbering format used by the Anjouan Gaming Authority, not Costa Rica, and the Costa Rica number printed beside it, 3-102-904748, is a company incorporation number rather than a gambling licence.
Costa Rica has no dedicated online gambling regulator at all.
The number itself is genuine. I looked it up on the Anjouan register and it returns Prime Web Ops SRL, status Valid, B2C, issued in August 2024 and running to August 2027.
The second detail is the domain. The register records the licensed domain as letsjackpot.com, which does not currently resolve, while the site you play on is letsjackpot1.com.
So it is worth keeping a note of both addresses if you ever need to raise something with the regulator.
One claim you may see elsewhere is not accurate: LetsJackpot is not a UK-licensed operator. The UKGC public register returns no result for LetsJackpot and no result for Prime Web Ops.
If you want operators that really do hold a British licence, the best casino sites UK list is the place to start.
Is LetsJackpot Legit?
Yes, the licence is real and I verified it on the regulator’s own register. But two details in how it is presented are worth knowing, and I cover both above.
Lets Jackpot Complaint Record
The Anjouan licence was issued in August 2024, so the published trading history here is short, which is normal among new casino sites.
The operator names no independent dispute resolution body in its terms, so complaints run through its own support team, covered below.
Is Lets Jackpot Safe?
An Anjouan licence is a lighter instrument than a European one, with none of the player-fund rules a Malta Gaming Authority licence carries. As a UK player you get no UKGC protection here and no access to an ombudsman.
And the terms are open about this. Clause 22 states that player funds are not protected in the event of insolvency, so if the company fails your balance may not come back. That is normal for online casinos not on GamBan, and it is the trade you make.
One housekeeping clause is worth knowing too: an account left inactive for 12 months is charged a €50 administrative fee per reminder email, so withdraw your balance if you stop playing.
Responsible Gambling at Lets Jackpot
The account tools are good. Inside the account, under Limits & Exclusions, you get three controls you can use without contacting anyone:
- Deposit limits, added from the account and set daily, weekly or monthly
- A reality check, which defaults to a reminder every 60 minutes
- Self-exclusion from one day up to six months, during which you cannot log in
Your balance stays put during an exclusion, and the account reopens on its own when the period ends.
Six months is the longest break the account offers. But for anything longer, clause 10.2.1 routes you to customer service to close the account, and under clause 3.9 closing with a balance cancels it and refunds your last deposit only, so withdraw first.
The separate Responsible Gaming information page covers deposit limits, cool-off periods and parental control software, though it is not linked from the footer and names no support organisation. If you need to talk to someone, GamCare and BeGambleAware are free in the UK.
LetsJackpot for UK Players
The United Kingdom is not on the registration blacklist, so you can sign up, deposit and play from Britain.
The blacklist itself runs to more than fifty countries and excludes residents of Australia, Austria, the Czech Republic, France, Italy, Malta, Portugal, Spain and the United States, among many others.
But two things differ for a British account. Balances display in euros, with no sterling option published, and the platform’s provider settings block 15 studios for UK players, which the games section covers.
Bonus
The welcome package is spread across three deposits, which gives you three matched top-ups rather than one. And you can compare it with the best casino bonuses UK players can claim on headline size and wagering.
The site advertises 250% up to €1,000. Broken down on the reward page, that is:
- First deposit: 100% up to €250
- Second deposit: 50% up to €250
- Third deposit: 100% up to €500
Lets Jackpot Wagering Requirements
You need €20 or more to activate, and 40x wagering applies, which is common among offshore welcome offers, though higher than the wager-free free spins some operators lead with. What the operator does not publish is whether that 40x runs on the bonus alone or on deposit plus bonus.
The general terms say a wagering requirement is “a multiple of the bonus amount, or the bonus plus the deposit amount” and then leave it there, so on the €20 minimum that is the difference between clearing €800 and clearing €1,600 of turnover.
As is standard, clause 8.1.1 states that the bonus money itself cannot be withdrawn, only what it wins. And the expiry window on the welcome offer is not published, on the landing page or in the terms.
Two more clauses are worth knowing before you opt in. The bonus must be manually activated in the Rewards section, so a deposit made without selecting it first does not attract the offer.
And the maximum stake while wagering is €5 per round or €0.50 per line, with a breach risking account closure and the loss of the bonus plus anything won with it.
Game weighting matters too, as the terms set out how much each bet counts towards the 40x:
- Slots: 100%
- Sports bets at odds above 1.5: 100%
- Table games and live dealer games: 10%
- Instant win and crash games: 0%
How to Sign Up at LetsJackpot
Registration runs through a pop-up headed “Create an Account with Letsjackpot”, with four numbered steps and a gift icon at the end. The first step works like this:
- Click REGISTER in the top right corner of any page.
- Enter your email address, which becomes your login.
- Choose a password of at least six characters, including an uppercase letter and a number.
- Click CONTINUE to move on to step two.
The banner inside the form advertises 100% up to €250 on your first deposit, which is only the first tranche of the three-part package covered above. Once you are registered, the cashier stays locked until your documents are verified.
Does Lets Jackpot Have a No Deposit Bonus?
No no-deposit offer is published. The terms do cap one, though: the most you can withdraw from a bonus or free spins claimed before any deposit is €100.
That ceiling is worth knowing before you go looking for no deposit casino bonuses here, because it caps the upside whatever you win.
If a wager-free offer is what you are after, the free spins not on GamStop comparison covers those.
Is There a LetsJackpot Promo Code?
No code is published anywhere on the site, and the welcome package does not need one. It is claimed by selecting it in the Rewards section before you deposit.
Ongoing Promotions and Cashback
There is a promotion for every day of the week, and the cashback scheme is the standout. Cashback runs on net losses across a Monday to Sunday week, in three tiers:
- Below €250 of losses: 2.5% back
- €250 to €750: 5% back
- Above €750: 10% back
It carries x1 wagering, a €1 minimum and a €1,000 weekly maximum, which is a good structure by offshore standards, as x1 is about as light as wagering gets. But the one catch is timing: cashback is claimed on Thursdays between 11:00 and 15:00 CET, a four-hour slot once a week.
The rest of the weekly board runs a reload every day: 25% up to €250 on Mondays, 30% up to €200 on Tuesdays, 40% up to €100 on Wednesdays, 50% up to €100 on Fridays and up to €200 across the weekend.
The x1 wagering is the figure to compare when you look at the cashback casino shortlist.
Games
The library is properly large, and it is the strongest thing about the site. In September 2026 the lobby listed 6,120+ slots, which makes both the “1000+ games” claim on the brand’s other domain and the “more than 3000” on its own Payment Options page significant undercounts rather than the usual exaggeration.
Beyond slots you get 430+ instant win titles, Crash and Table Games, plus a separate live casino, a jackpot network and a sportsbook.
Game Providers
Studios are well spread. The lobby carries games from 70+ studios, with Play’n GO, Nolimit City, Hacksaw Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil Gaming, Novomatic, Playson and Endorphina among the better-known names.
On what is actually playable it holds up against the slots not on GamStop sites I rate most highly.
There is a catch for British players, though. That same provider list marks 15 studios as blocked for the United Kingdom, including NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Red Tiger, Blueprint Gaming, Merkur and Spribe.
Most of those are not in the lobby at all. The one that is, Spribe, accounts for 10 games.
Mega Jackpots
The Jackpots item in the side menu opens a site-wide progressive with four tiers: Mini, Minor, Major and Mega. The Mega tier starts at €5,000,000 and stood above €5 million when I checked in September 2026.
You opt in once, and from then on every qualifying spin of €0.20 or more adds a fixed €0.10 jackpot bet on top, across 5,080+ games. So a €0.20 spin costs €0.30 with the jackpot switched on, which is worth knowing before you opt in.
Table Games
Table Games runs to 180+ titles once you scroll the whole category, including 25 blackjack games, plenty of roulette and baccarat, casino hold’em, Andar Bahar and video poker.
The roulette alone runs from Classic Roulette to American Roulette across several studios, and the dedicated roulette sites not on GamStop go further again for specialists.
One thing to be clear about: casino hold’em here is a house-banked card game, not a poker room, so you are playing the software rather than other people. Anyone looking for real tables should start with poker not on GamStop instead.
There is no bingo either, which rules the site out if bingo not on GamStop is what brought you here, and the wider casino games not on GamStop breakdown covers the gaps.
Live Casino
LetsJackpot has a full live casino, reached from Live Casino in the main menu rather than from the casino lobby.
In September 2026 it listed 190+ titles, and 170+ of them are live dealer tables from Winfinity, ICONIC21 and Live Vegas, plus one Sentient roulette table. The rest are four studio lobbies and 19 RNG titles from Betsoft and others filed in the same categories.
Blackjack is the deepest part of it, as this breakdown of the live tables shows:
|

On top of those, the Live Dealer row opens full lobbies from Evolution and SA Gaming, as well as ICONIC21 and Winfinity.
The Evolution lobby runs through a different integration from the “Evolution Gaming” entry the platform blocks for UK players, and none of the live studios above carries a UK block.
It is a proper live dealer casino rather than a token section, and the live casinos not on GamStop comparison is the place to line it up against others.
Remember that live dealer games count 10% towards bonus wagering, so they suit cash play better than clearing the welcome offer.
Sportsbook
The sportsbook sits on the same site as the casino, with its own Sports Betting Rules page linked from the footer.
Its Predictions tab, also in the side menu, lists yes-or-no markets on weather, politics, crypto, films, elections and more, with 310+ open when I checked. For bonus purposes, sports bets at odds above 1.5 count in full towards the 40x wagering.
Payment Methods
Lets Jackpot’s Payment Options page names its methods, though they sit behind a Read More button, and it states that the operator charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals.
Your bank may still charge on non-EU transfers and currency conversion, and the terms add one exception, covered under withdrawals.
What the page does not give is a processing time for each method, and the withdrawal limits sit in the terms rather than on the page, so I have pulled them out below.
But the method list itself is broad, with e-wallets, cards and bank transfer all covered, and our UK casino payment methods guide compares the fees on each.
Deposit Methods
The Payment Options page lists these deposit methods:
- E-wallets: MuchBetter, Skrill and Neteller
- Cards: Visa, Mastercard and JCB, debit or credit
- Interac, which the page files under e-wallets
- Bank transfer, which the page names alongside cards as the most popular choice
Card support puts it in the same bracket as the Mastercard casinos I rate. The cashier opens once you are verified, so that is when you see which methods apply to a UK account.
Withdrawal Times and Limits
Lets Jackpot publishes no withdrawal times. Its Withdrawal Options heading promises “all the available withdrawal options” and then lists none, although the e-wallet copy further down describes Skrill, Neteller and MuchBetter as handling withdrawals too.
The limits are published in clause 6.3 of the terms. The operator reserves the right to cap withdrawals at:
- €5,000 a day
- €10,000 a week
- €30,000 over a rolling 30 days
The minimum withdrawal is not published. The terms say it depends on the method and is shown in the cashier, which you cannot open until you are verified.
Any payout above €1,000 triggers extra checks, and the operator can charge a 2% fee, at least €5, on every withdrawal after the 25th in a calendar month.
Withdrawals also go back by the method you deposited with, and the terms state that withdrawals to debit cards are not possible at the moment, with bank transfer offered instead.
And one clause is worth reading before you ever close an account. Under section 3.9, if you close your account while holding a positive balance or a pending withdrawal, all funds in the account are cancelled and you are refunded your last deposit.
Read it alongside the self-exclusion section above, because closing the account is the only route to a break longer than six months.
KYC Verification
The cashier will not show you anything until you are verified. On an unverified account, the Deposit, Withdraw and Wallet options all send you to the document upload page instead, which asks for four documents:
- Photo ID, a full passport spread or the front of an ID card
- The back of the ID card, if you used one
- Proof of address, a utility bill, bank statement or internet bill
- Proof of payment method, a bank statement
The terms add detail. You may be asked for a selfie holding your ID, the utility bill must be under three months old with an address matching your profile exactly, and every payment method must be verified separately, so a second card or wallet means a second round.
Casino Design
The site runs on deep plum and purple with gold accents. The LETS JACKPOT wordmark sits top left beside the menu button, a red Rewards button sits in the header, and the wallet balance and account icon sit top right.
The side menu, shown open above, is where the site’s sections live. It opens with a prompt to verify your account, then lists Casino, Live Casino, Sportsbook, Predictions, Jackpots and Rewards, with Contact Support and Payment Options at the foot.
Behind it, the lobby runs a rotating banner, then a category rail from Favourites and Recently Played through Recommended, New Games, Slot, Instant Win and Crash.
A search bar with a filter icon sits beneath, followed by the cashback and sports betting tiles. There is no help centre or FAQ section. So live chat is the place for questions.
Mobile App
No iOS or Android app is published anywhere on the operator’s pages. At a phone-width viewport the site switches to a proper mobile layout, with a hamburger menu and a five-button bar along the bottom for Menu, Casino, Wallet, Sports and Rewards.
One limitation is worth knowing before you start on a phone. The terms say that for document uploads “not all devices and operating system support this functionality”, and the operator’s own advice in that case is to “use the desktop version”.
Once you are verified, the bottom bar puts the lobby, wallet and sportsbook a tap away, which is what you want from the best mobile casinos.
Customer Support
Support runs by live chat, through a button in the footer of every page, and by email. The Payment Options page says both are available 24/7, all year round. There is no phone number.
Live chat is the channel to use. The terms give two email addresses, help@letsjackpot.com and support@letsjackpot.com, but both sit on letsjackpot.com, which has no mail records at the moment, so email may not reach the team.
Complaints have a defined route. You email from your registered address with COMPLAINT in the subject, a summary and the relevant dates, and the operator commits to an answer within ten days, extendable for complex cases.
So I would raise a complaint through live chat first and ask for a reference.
Beyond that, no independent ADR body is named in the terms, and the external dispute link in clause 12.8 does not work. Governing law and courts are Costa Rican.
VIP Section
No tiered VIP scheme, loyalty points or account manager structure is published on the operator’s public pages, and nothing of the kind appears in the Rewards section.
Whether an invite-only tier exists behind the account is not published. What is published is the cashback percentage rising with your weekly losses.
The top tier, the 10% rate, applies once net losses pass €750 in a single week, so treat it as a cushion on a bad week rather than something to aim for.
Pros and Cons
PROS
- 6,120+ slots, with Play’n GO, Novomatic, Playson and Endorphina in the lobby
- The licence is real and verifiable on the Anjouan register to August 2027
- Cashback mechanics are published in full, with tiers, caps and x1 wagering
- No operator fees on deposits, by the site’s own account
- 170+ live dealer tables from Winfinity, ICONIC21 and Live Vegas, plus Evolution and SA Gaming lobbies
- A sportsbook sits alongside the casino on the same site
- Live chat is available 24/7, all year round
- Deposit limits, reality checks and a six-month exclusion are self-service in the account
CONS
- No withdrawal times are published, and the limits sit in the terms
- The licence is registered to letsjackpot.com, not the domain you play on
- 15 studios, including NetEnt and Red Tiger, are blocked for UK players
- Withdrawals to debit cards are not possible, so a debit card deposit comes back by bank transfer
- The cashier stays locked until you pass full KYC
- Closing an account with a balance cancels it and refunds your last deposit only
Conclusion
Lets Jackpot is at its best for slots and live dealer games.
The library runs to 6,120+ slots from a strong studio list, the live casino adds 170+ tables, the cashback carries only x1 wagering, and the deposit limits and exclusion tools sit in the account where you can use them without asking anyone.
The paperwork is where to take care. Get verified before you deposit, choose a deposit method you are happy to be paid back to, and read clause 6.3 for the withdrawal limits, as no processing times are published. Do that and the site is simple to use.
If you want to compare it with other non-GamStop options first, the top 10 casino sites I rate are the place to start.
Lets Jackpot Review FAQs
-
Yes. Lets Jackpot holds Anjouan licence ALSI-202408038-FI2, issued to Prime Web Ops SRL and valid until August 2027. I confirmed it on the Anjouan register. It is not a UK licence, and the Gambling Commission’s register returns no entry for the brand.
-
It is not a scam. The Anjouan licence is genuine and I verified it on the regulator’s register. Two details are worth knowing: the footer describes the licence as Costa Rican, and the register lists letsjackpot.com rather than the domain you play on. No withdrawal times are published.
-
It is advertised as 250% up to €1,000, which is really three deposits: 100% up to €250, then 50% up to €250, then 100% up to €500. Wagering is 40x, the minimum deposit is €20, and you have to select the bonus in the Rewards section before depositing.
-
Not published. The operator gives no withdrawal times anywhere. Clause 6.3 of the terms caps withdrawals at €5,000 a day, €10,000 a week and €30,000 over 30 days, and says the minimum is shown in the cashier, which stays locked until your photo ID, proof of address and bank statement are verified.
-
Yes. The Live Casino section in the main menu listed 170+ live dealer tables in September 2026, from Winfinity, ICONIC21 and Live Vegas, across blackjack, roulette, baccarat and game shows, plus Evolution and SA Gaming lobbies. Live games count 10% towards bonus wagering.
-
Open the account menu and choose Limits & Exclusions. You can exclude yourself for one day up to six months without contacting anyone, and your balance is kept. Anything longer means asking support to close the account, and closing with a balance cancels it.
-
In September 2026 the lobby listed 7,040+ games, including 6,120+ slots, 180+ table games and 430+ instant win titles, and the live casino adds 170+ live tables. That is far above the “1000+” advertised elsewhere, and only Spribe’s 10 games are blocked for UK accounts.
-
No. Jack-Pot is a separate, geo-blocked brand that showed no licence line when I checked, and nothing I found connects it to Lets Jackpot or Prime Web Ops. Jack Casino has its own review. The Anjouan register shows Prime Web Ops holding one licence, for letsjackpot.com only.
