Intro
This Cash Lounge casino review covers a big offshore brand with a bigger headline offer, sitting among the casinos not on GamStop our readers ask about most. I read every policy page and went through the account signed in.

That table comes from Cash Lounge’s own pages and cashier, the Anjouan licence register and the domain record, checked in September 2026. Figures are in euros because the site publishes no sterling ones.
How to Sign Up at Cash Lounge
Registration is short: email, password, a currency and a confirmation, with no identity check at the door. That is normal offshore, and not the same as no check ever, because the checks arrive the moment you try to take money out.
The currency choice matters most, since you cannot change it later without a second account, and second accounts are prohibited under clause 3.1. Sterling is not on the list at all, so a UK player converts on every transaction from the start.
One thing the flow does not tell you. The cashier will not open until you complete your name, date of birth and address, so you cannot see which deposit methods exist before registering.
License
Is Cash Lounge Legit?
The site works and the games come from real studios. But legitimacy comes down to who stands behind it, and on that the site says very little.
Cash Lounge Licence: On the Register, Not on the Site
The site itself publishes nothing. There is no licence number, issuing authority, company name, registered address or regulator seal on the homepage, in the footer, on About Us, on Contact Us, in the terms or in the AML and KYC policy.
The licence sits with the regulator instead. The Anjouan licence register lists Buscarar SRL under licence ALSI-202412042-FI2, status valid, issued on 18 December 2024 and running to 17 December 2026.
So the licence exists, but you have to know where to look, and it is due for renewal in December. An operator that leaves its regulator off its own pages makes the complaints route harder to find when a withdrawal stalls, and the gap between that and a MGA casinos setup is not subtle.
Five Domains, One of Them Dead
Then there is the domain picture. I found the brand running on cashlounge.pro, cashlounge.com, cashlounge.bet, cash-lounge.co and cashlounge.uk, all serving the same 525% offer.
The .uk one loads, but the UK page Google actually ranks for it returns a 404, so the top result for the brand drops you on an error. Rotation on this scale is common offshore, but it makes it harder to know which site you are signing into.
What Players Say About CashLounge
There is not enough here to call. CashLounge is new enough that the public review base is a single Trustpilot entry, and one review is noise rather than a signal.
Search data agrees. The brand term only appears from June 2026, and UK volume runs to a few dozen a month. No complaints have surfaced on the forums that usually catch payment disputes first.
Is Cash Lounge Safe?
Safety here comes down to what the terms let the operator do, and several clauses point the same way. Clause 2.4.14 prohibits third-party payment methods. Clause 2.4.15 lets the company delete an account unused for 12 consecutive months and confiscate whatever is left on it, a harsher dormancy rule than most. Clause 6.2 reserves the right to change the maximum payout per transaction at any time, without telling you.
Against that, two-factor authentication is offered and the KYC policy is a real document. Measured against the top 10 casino sites we rank, this is not one I would put money behind, though it is no fly-by-night skin.
Cash Lounge for UK Players
The site serves a full UK locale and does not block UK visitors. The terms also carry a residency list at clause 2.4.4, which you confirm when you register. It names 14 countries and territories, among them France, Spain, the Netherlands, the U.S.A. and the United Kingdom.
That clause is about where you live rather than where you connect from, and identity checks at the first withdrawal are where residency gets looked at, so read it before you sign up. The homepage payment strip also carries a badge the site labels VPN friendly. But a VPN does not change your residence, so it has no bearing on that clause.
The welcome bonus terms keep a separate list at clause 17, barring 13 countries from the welcome offers, among them Brazil, Mexico and India. The United Kingdom is not on that list, so the two documents are not aligned.
If you would rather compare, the operators listed under casinos not on GamBan are worth a look.
Responsible Gambling at Cash Lounge
The responsible gaming page carries general advice, a six-question self-assessment and three support organisations. Self exclusion locks the account for a minimum of six months. That is the whole of it.
What is not there matters more:
- No deposit limits
- No loss limits
- No session limits or time-outs
- No reality checks
- No cooling-off period short of the six-month exclusion
I checked the account area too, because operators sometimes bury these tools in settings. The menu runs Profile, Personal info, Bonuses, Game history, Verification and Security, with no responsible gambling section and no self-exclusion button. So the six-month exclusion appears to be a support request.
A six-month lock you have to ask an agent for is a worse offer than a limit you set in ten seconds at two in the morning, which is when people need it. And a request depends on staff actioning it. Set against the tools on the best casino sites UK list, this is thin.
If you have used GamStop before, be clear about what you are choosing here. Cash Lounge cannot see that register and its own controls are slower than the one you left, so the protection you had does not travel with you.
Bonus
Cash Lounge Welcome Bonus
The 525% up to €3,000 plus 350 free spins on the front page is not one bonus. It is three deposits added together, and it is one of two routes you have to pick between.

|

525%, €3,000, 350 spins |
The Headline Is the Diamond Route, Totalled
The advertised 525% and 350 free spins is the Diamond route totalled up, while Platinum tops out at 450% and 250 spins. Both cap at €3,000, because both sum the same three caps of €500, €1,000 and €1,500.
But reaching that ceiling costs more than the headline suggests. Maxing every Diamond stage means depositing roughly €250, then €571, then €1,000, about €1,820 of your own money for €3,000 in bonus funds.
The Wagering Is on Deposit Plus Bonus
Then there is the wagering, and this is where the offer gets expensive. You have to turn over 35x the deposit plus the bonus, not 35x the bonus alone. Max a Diamond first deposit and that is €250 plus €500 at 35x, which comes to €26,250 of turnover on one stage. Free spin winnings carry a separate 40x.
The Caps That Only Show Up at Withdrawal
A few more clauses decide what you actually keep:
- Winnings from bonus funds are capped at 5x the bonus on Platinum and 10x on Diamond, and anything above is voided before you withdraw
- Free spin winnings are capped at €20
- The maximum bet while a bonus is live is €5
- A bonus expires 10 days after activation, and the bonus money and anything won with it go with it
- Cancelling a bonus voids the bonus winnings and your real money winnings too
The Games You Cannot Play on a Bonus
Game weighting is the part most people miss. Slots count 100%, while table games, roulette, blackjack, video poker, baccarat, craps and minigames all count 0%, Texas Hold’em included, which rules out the formats you would find at poker not on GamStop sites.
Live casino cannot be played at all while a bonus is active. And a long list of named slots is blocked outright, including Book of Dead, Reactoonz and Starburst, which the lobby promotes as top games on the homepage. All Playson and Amusnet titles are off limits too.
That combination is harsher than most casino bonuses in this market.
Cash Lounge Bonus Code and Activation
No code is needed. The welcome offers are selected from the promotions board or the cashier rather than typed in, and no bonus code is published for the package.
What you do have to do is choose. Only one bonus runs at a time and deposit bonuses are not cumulative, so picking Platinum rules out Diamond for that deposit. Clause 5 also stops you activating an unused bonus after requesting a withdrawal, worth knowing before you leave one sitting.
No Deposit Bonus at Cash Lounge
Not as a standing offer. No no-deposit bonus appears on the board, and the eight live promotions all need a deposit or a VIP level.
The bonus terms do anticipate one. Clause 1 caps withdrawals from a no-deposit bonus at €25, which suggests the operator runs them occasionally or reserves the right to. If a free offer is what you want, the no deposit casino bonuses we track beat waiting for this one.
Ongoing Promotions and Tournaments
Eight offers were live. Alongside the two welcome routes:
- An Oktoberfest seasonal offer at 225% up to €1,000 plus 100 free spins
- Two sports packages, one at 240% up to €900 across three deposits and one at 100% up to €300
- Weekly Cashback of up to 25%, credited every Monday
- A Telegram channel offering private weekly bonuses
- A Pragmatic Play tournament with a €30,000 prize pool
Cashback is tied to VIP level: daily from Level 5, monthly from Level 3, with the rate and wagering set by tier. So the headline 25% is a top-tier figure, a slow start against the cashback casino sites that pay from day one.
Their free spins carry 40x and a €20 winnings cap, a long way from no wagering free spins. If spins are the draw, weigh these against the free spins on non GamStop casinos we track.
Games
CashLounge claims over 12,000 games on its About Us page.
On the lobby I saw titles from Play’n GO, Pragmatic Play, Mascot, Hacksaw, Booongo, BGaming and Playson, with Betsoft in the welcome free spin games. About Us also names Microgaming, NetEnt and Evolution. Sections cover slots, bonus buys, jackpots, table games, minigames and tournaments.
Game tiles carry RTP badges that regularly read above 100%, including 111% on Gates of Olympus 1000 and 146% elsewhere on the page, and theoretical RTP cannot exceed 100%. And they changed between my visits, so they are live counters showing what a game has paid lately, not its actual return. The spread holds up against most slots not on GamStop, though the badges are doing some work.
Coverage is broad rather than deep. The table and instant-win formats that turn up across casino games not on GamStop are here, with wheels, dice and crash titles beside the slots. Anyone chasing roulette not on GamStop or bingo not on GamStop should check the lobby first.
Cash Lounge Live Casino
There is a live casino section in the navigation and a live dealer row on the homepage, and Evolution is named among the providers on About Us.
What the terms tell you is blunt. Live games cannot be played with an active bonus at all, so the welcome package and the live tables are mutually exclusive, a sharper rule than at many live casinos not on GamStop. So anyone who mainly plays live dealer casinos should treat the bonus here as irrelevant.
Cash Lounge Sportsbook
There is a full sportsbook attached, treated as a separate product rather than a tab. It carries its own balance in the account header and its own welcome offers, at 240% up to €900 across three deposits or 100% up to €300 on the first.
Two clauses matter if you move between them. Sports bonus funds work only on sports and casino bonus funds only on casino, so neither crosses over. And clause 18 goes further: while any casino bonus is active, using cash or bonus funds for sports betting counts as a strategy and costs you the bonus and the winnings.
So take the casino welcome package and the sportsbook is shut to you until the wagering is done.
Payment Methods
The cashier lists 18 ways to deposit: Visa and Mastercard, Revolut, Wise and N26 through open banking, bank transfer, Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, Paysafecard, Flexepin, Bybit Pay and Binance Pay, plus six crypto options covering Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tron and dollar stablecoins on two networks.
But withdrawals are a much shorter list. Only bank transfer, MiFinity and the six crypto options appear, so cards, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, Flexepin, the open banking apps and both exchange wallets are deposit-only. That sits awkwardly with clause 6.8, which says withdrawals go back through the method you deposited with.
So a card deposit has to come back some other way, which makes this a poor fit for the card-first play our Mastercard casinos are built around. Voucher players from our Paysafecard casinos list will need a bank account or wallet for the way out. Crypto is the one route that works cleanly in both directions, which puts Cash Lounge closer to the Bitcoin casinos we cover.
Minimums and maximums per method are not published. The account holds euros with no sterling option, so a UK card or one of the app banks behind our Monzo casinos page converts on every deposit, and the UK payment methods fee comparison shows how that adds up.
Cash Lounge Withdrawal Times and Limits
The published chain runs like this. Verification takes around 24 hours, the withdrawal is processed within 24 to 48 hours, but only Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 GMT+1, so a Friday evening request sits until Monday. Payout then takes up to five banking days. Added together, the slowest published route runs over a week.
Limits follow your VIP tier. At Level 1 they run €1,000 daily, €5,000 weekly and €20,000 monthly, rising as you climb, and timings can stretch for extra checks or public holidays. That is slower than the European casino sites that settle inside a day.
You Must Turn the Deposit Over Three Times
The rule to know is clause 6.5. You have to turn over your initial deposit at least three times before you can withdraw anything, and that applies with no bonus involved at all. Deposit €50 and you owe €150 of play before a cashout is even possible, which is a real cost once the house edge is applied.
Applying it to a plain cash balance is unusual, and it sits in the general terms rather than the bonus terms.
CashLounge KYC and Verification
Clause 6.1 sets out what the first withdrawal needs: photos of both sides of your card with only the first six and last four digits showing, a bank statement, photo ID, proof of address and proof of ownership of any other method you have used. The Risk Department can also ask for a one-time code by phone, WhatsApp, SMS or email before paying out.
There is a Verification tab in the account menu and a dedicated KYC@cashlounge.com address, so have the documents ready before requesting anything.
Casino Design
The lobby is dark, dense and quick, with a persistent bonus banner and carousels for top, new, live and slot picks. Navigation is sensible and the search works.
It also leans hard on urgency. A recent-wins ticker scrolls player names and amounts down the homepage, a daily bonus wheel sits in every footer, and the welcome banner follows you between sections. That pattern is common across new casino sites, though here much of the interface is selling rather than helping.
Mobile App
There is no native app. The site runs as a responsive web build, so anything promising a Cash Lounge download is not from the operator.
The mobile layout carries the same lobby, cashier and account area as desktop, the pattern across most mobile casinos now. I have not run a full device pass, so treat that as an observation.
Customer Support
Support is live chat plus two email addresses, with support@cashlounge.com for general queries and KYC@cashlounge.com for verification. The chat widget is badged 24/7 and sits on every page.
And there is no phone number or postal address, as the site names no company behind it.
VIP Section
The VIP scheme runs on deposits rather than play: 1 VIP point for every €20 deposited, across nine lounges from Select at Level 1 to Legend at Level 9.

The first two rungs are thin, with no cashback, VIP club or personal manager, and level-up bonuses of €20 and €50 at 30x and 25x with a 5x win cap. The scheme only earns its name at Prestige, with 5% monthly cashback, the VIP club and a personal manager.
From there the terms improve. Level-up wagering falls to 10x from Privé, the win cap reaches 15x at Legend, and daily cashback starts at Royal, topping out at 10% daily and 15% monthly.
Getting there is the catch. Leaving Select takes 15 points, or €300, and Legend needs 3,000 points, or €60,000 deposited. If they are per level instead, which the page does not say, it is 6,740 points, or €134,800.
Withdrawal limits rise with you, from €1,000 to €4,000 a day and from €20,000 to €25,000 a month.

- Cards and e-wallets are deposit-only
- Euro-only balances with no sterling option
- No VIP cashback until the third of nine lounges
Conclusion
Cash Lounge is a competent site wrapped around terms harder on the player than the front page suggests. The 525% headline is three deposits, the wagering is on deposit plus bonus, the conversion caps bite at cashout and live tables are locked out of the offer.
The 12,000+ game selection is also a huge catalogue compared to its competitors, and a sleek design make it one of the more enjoyable casinos to play at.
What is definitely troubling is a licence the site never shows you, paired with player protection that stops at a six-month exclusion. Either alone is a caution. But together they mean a complaints route most players will never find and nothing on the site to hold you to a limit.
So try it out, but be cautious. If Cash Lounge puts its licence on the site and fixes its protection tools, I will revisit this.
Cash Lounge Review FAQs
-
The site serves a UK locale and accepts UK visitors. Its terms include a residency list at clause 2.4.4, confirmed at registration, and the United Kingdom is on it. Read that clause before signing up, because identity checks at the first withdrawal are where residency is looked at.
-
The headline is 525% up to €3,000 plus 350 free spins, spread across your first three deposits on the Diamond route. The Platinum route pays 450% and 250 spins instead. You pick one of the two, and they are not cumulative.
-
Deposit bonuses carry 35x the deposit plus the bonus, not 35x the bonus alone. Free spin winnings carry 40x. Slots count fully towards it while table games, roulette, blackjack and video poker all count zero, and live casino is unavailable.
-
No standing no deposit offer appears on the promotions board. The bonus terms do cap withdrawals from a no deposit bonus at €25, which suggests the operator runs them occasionally rather than never, but none was live when I checked.
-
The operator publishes about 24 hours for verification, then 24 to 48 hours to process, then up to five banking days for the money to land. Processing runs Monday to Friday only, between 09:00 and 17:00 GMT+1, so a request made on Friday evening waits until Monday morning.
-
No. The withdrawal tab offers only bank transfer, MiFinity and six crypto options, so cards, Skrill, Neteller and Paysafecard work for deposits but not withdrawals. Clause 6.8 says withdrawals go back through the deposit method, so check the route out before you deposit.
-
Yes. Clause 6.5 of the terms requires you to turn over your initial deposit at least three times before a withdrawal is possible, and that applies even if you never claim a bonus. A €50 deposit means €150 of play first.
-
Self exclusion for a minimum of six months, plus advice and three support organisations. There are no deposit limits, loss limits, session limits or reality checks, and no responsible gambling section in the account area at all.
-
No native app is offered for iOS or Android. The site runs as a responsive web build that carries the same lobby, cashier and account tools as the desktop version, so any download claiming to be an official app is not from the operator.
