South Africa Gambling Revenue to Cross £1.85 Billion in 2021

As per the recent data and figures, the gross gambling revenue of the country is likely to exceed £1.85 billion or Rand 35 billion marks in the year 2021 which is a compounded annual growth at the rate of 5.1 percent.

According to PricewaterhouseCoopers, they are speculating the taxes and levies imposed on gambling to increase Rand 3.5 billion in 2021 at a compounded annual rate of 5.2 percent.

The auditing firms in South Africa warn not to become optimistic and hopeful because the slow economic growth of the country can become a big hurdle for the iGaming industry.

An event known as ICE Africa would take place on October 24 and 25 at Sandton in South Africa. It is the first time that any ICE event would take place outside the United Kingdom.
